Tuesday Morning Coffee with Admissions (Parents Only)
Sept. 30 , Oct. 14, & Oct. 28, 2008 8:00-9:30 a.m.
This introduction to the admissions process, including a brief overview of the school’s program and an optional school tour, is limited to 15 parents per session. These sessions are designed for first time parents of high school students only.
Eighth Grade Information Night: A Panel Presentation with Q&A
Thursday, Sept 25, 2008 7:00 - 9:00 p.m.
This evening is designed to share our Mission, philosophy, and the success that has been Saint Mary’s for over 146 years. There will be the opportunity to hear from administrators, teachers, students, and parents who will take questions and answers from the audience.
Observe Saint Mary's
Campus Visits (8th grade students only)
Dec. 1, Dec. 4, and Dec. 5, 2008 from 10:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.
This program is designed for those students who do not have an opportunity to visit Saint Mary's with their school and/or class. The visit program is limited to 30 students per day.
Experience Saint Mary’s
OPEN HOUSE
Sunday, November 23, 2008 from 1:00 - 3:00 PM
This interactive experience is the opportunity to meet administrators, faculty, staff, students, parents, coaches, and alumni of Saint Mary's. All are welcome to join in the variious presentations, demonstrations, and tours given on this day.
Getting Ready For Saint Mary's
Middle School Information Night (for Sixth & Seventh Grade Families)
Wednesday, April 22, 2009 from 7:00 - 9:00 p.m.
Please join us for an evening designed especially for sixth and seventh grade students and their families as they begin to make important decisions about the next step in their education – high school!
Seventh Grade Workshop and Practice Test (Seventh Graders Only)
Saturday, April 25, 2009 from 8:00 a.m. — Noon
Current seventh grade students are invited to participate in a Seventh Grade Workshop and Practice Test offered by Saint Mary’s, including an introduction to the high school admissions process and requirements, and the required entrance exam. Students will have an opportunity to ask questions of our students and gain experience with this type of standardized testing. Click here to download the registration form.
Ongoing Campus Events
For an opportunity to see Saint Mary's "in action", middle school students and their parents are cordialy invited to attend certain complimentary on-campus athletic and visual and performing arts events as follows. Please check-in at the door and give them your name, grade, and current school. If families wish to attend additional games or events, please refer to our website for schedules, times, and entry fees.
