Between October 2005 and mid-May 2006, Saint Mary's hosted a series of community meetings facilitated by MIG, Inc. of Berkeley. Two primary objectives were part of these meetings: 1) Create together a set of "Guiding Principles" that will continue to inform the school about neighbor concerns, and 2) Review together the school's proposed Master Plan for the campus.

A total of seven meetings were held on campus - four formal facilitated meetings and three informal site-specific discussion sessions. 300 neighboring households were invited to each meeting, including Hopkins/Monterey businesses. A total of 39 households participated in the various meetings over the course of eight months. Meeting-related documents are available via the links below, along with an overview of the Codornices Creek restoration project planned by the Urban Creeks Council and presented at two community meetings in May.

Saint Mary's wishes to thank our neighbors for your presence and participation in the community meetings process.
